Ingredients
- 1 gal. cucumbers
- 4 c. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 1 Tbsp. alum
- 3 Tbsp. pickling spice
Method
- Finish filling jar with water.
- Cover and let soak 3 weeks. Drain and cover with sugar, 5 pounds or so.
