Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Dry Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons Turmeric
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/3 cups White Vinegar
  • 1/3 cups Water
  • 6 drops Hot Pepper Sauce, More Or Less To Taste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Whisk together till well blended. Cook over medium stirring constantly till thick and almost boiling. Pour into a sterilized canning jar. It will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge but I bet it won't last that long!
