Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 4 ice cubes, or as desired (optional)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon manuka honey, or more to taste
Method
- Combine bananas, yogurt, almond milk, ice cubes, peanut butter, and honey in a blender or high-speed blender (such as Vitamix(R)); blend until smooth.
