Ingredients

  • 1 serving Hot cooked rice
  • 3 leaves Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Gochujang
  • 1 Doubanjiang
  • 1 Easy melting cheese
  • 1 Egg yolk (or a soft poached egg)
  • 1 Nori seaweed, sesame seeds, mayonnaise

Method

  • Slice the cabbage roughly.
  • Combine the ingredients.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cabbage.
  • Add the ingredients.
  • After cooking through, add the cheese and cover with a lid.
  • Simmer over low heat.
  • When the cheese melts, it is done.
  • Transfer on hot cooked rice and place the egg yolk on top.
  • Garnish with nori or mayonnaise if you like.
  • Done.
