Ingredients
- 4 whole Hawaiian Bread Rolls
- 4 teaspoons Butter
- 4 slices Havarati Cheese
- 4 slices Thick Ham
- 4 slices Thick Pineapple Rings
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Sambal Oelek (chili Paste)
Method
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
- Butter the top and bottom of each bun with butter.
- Place 4 roll bottoms, buttered side down onto the grill pan.
- Top each with a slice of cheese, ham, pineapple and 1/4 of the Sambal Oelek and mayo then add the top bun.
- Grill sandwich for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately.
