Ingredients

  • 4 whole Hawaiian Bread Rolls
  • 4 teaspoons Butter
  • 4 slices Havarati Cheese
  • 4 slices Thick Ham
  • 4 slices Thick Pineapple Rings
  • 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Sambal Oelek (chili Paste)

Method

  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  • Butter the top and bottom of each bun with butter.
  • Place 4 roll bottoms, buttered side down onto the grill pan.
  • Top each with a slice of cheese, ham, pineapple and 1/4 of the Sambal Oelek and mayo then add the top bun.
  • Grill sandwich for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Serve immediately.
