Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
- 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
Method
- Bring beans to boil in large pan.
- Boil for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Pour cold water over them immediately until cool.
- Put grease in large skillet and let it get hot.
- Mix vinegar, sugar and water separately in another container.
- Add beans and mixture in hot grease and let simmer 15 minutes.
