Ingredients
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 lb. franks, cut crosswise
Method
- Drain pineapple and save syrup.
- In skillet, melt oleo and add onion and green pepper.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup boiling water.
