Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked carrots
- 1/2 can tomato soup
- 3 small onions or more
- 1 small green pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Cook carrots (do not overcook) and drain while hot.
- Slice onions and peppers.
- Pour on carrots while hot.
- Mix other ingredients and add to carrots.
- Will keep a long time in refrigerator.
