Ingredients
- 1 qt. milk (4 c.)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. rice (not Minute)
- 1/3 c. sugar
Method
- Mix rice and 1/2 the milk with salt and sugar.
- Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake 4 hours at 325°, stirring frequently and adding the rest of the milk.
- When cool, top with cinnamon sugar.
