Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Method
- Beat all ingredients together.
- Grease hot griddle with margarine or butter (only necessary for first pancake).
- Fry by putting 1/3 cup batter on griddle and tilt to spread batter.
