Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cups Wheat Germ
  • 6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 13 cups Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 cups Roughly Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl toss together the oats, wheat germ, vegetable oil, honey, cinnamon, salt and pecans.
  • Then arrange it in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
