Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans)
- 1 c. finely diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients together; best if worked by hand.
- Shape into balls and brown well in skillet with hot oil.
- Do about a dozen at a time.
