Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Put egg whites into a bowl;
- add baking powder and beat until stiff.
- Gradually

- often for each addition. Mix

- graham
- cracker
- crumbs, then add nuts and flavoring. Spread in
- 9-inch
- glass
- pie pan that has been generously greased.
- Bake

- 325°

- minutes or until lightly browned,
- cool then spread with whipping cream on top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
