Ingredients

  • 1/4 whole Green Or Red Pepper
  • 2 whole Jalapeno Or Serrano Peppers, Seeded
  • 2 slices Red Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • 4 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Method

  • Place peppers, onion and garlic into bowl of food processor. Pulse until finely minced.
  • Place chopped tomatoes in a large bowl.
  • Add pepper mixture, as well as the sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice and chopped cilantro to tomatoes in bowl.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Serve with warm tortilla chips for dipping!
