Ingredients
- 1/4 whole Green Or Red Pepper
- 2 whole Jalapeno Or Serrano Peppers, Seeded
- 2 slices Red Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 4 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Method
- Place peppers, onion and garlic into bowl of food processor. Pulse until finely minced.
- Place chopped tomatoes in a large bowl.
- Add pepper mixture, as well as the sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice and chopped cilantro to tomatoes in bowl.
- Mix until combined.
- Serve with warm tortilla chips for dipping!
