- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- Tabasco to taste
- 2 (17 oz.) cans refried beans
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 2 to 3 c. grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. taco sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. ripe olives, sliced
- 1 c. avocado dip
- 1 c. sour cream
- tortilla chips
Method
- Fry beef and large onion until lightly browned; drain.
- Season with salt and Tabasco sauce; set aside.
