Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded (not diced)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Method
- Mix hash brown potatoes, grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onion together.
- Mix sour cream, soup and melted margarine together.
- Combine potato mixture and soup mixture in large bowl. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over the top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Everyone loves it.
