Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 500 ml crushed tomatoes
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
Method
- Saute garlic in olive oil.
- Add vinegar and boil for 30 seconds.
- Add tomatoes and stock, bring to a boil and let simmer for five minutes.
- Add cayenne to taste.
