Ingredients
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Method
- Heat a cast iron pan over a high flame until very hot, at least a minute. Add seeds, and roast for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Add to food processor with the salt, and process for 5-10 minutes, scraping down every few minutes with a rubber spatula, until it has the consistency of peanut butter.
