Ingredients
- 8 to 12 chicken legs
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Method
- Wash and dry chicken legs.
- Mix flour, salt and seasoned salt. Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, then in flour again.
- Place chicken in a buttered shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with butter.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 minutes longer.
- Sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and bake another 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
