Ingredients

  • 8 to 12 chicken legs
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce

Method

  • Wash and dry chicken legs.
  • Mix flour, salt and seasoned salt. Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, then in flour again.
  • Place chicken in a buttered shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with butter.
  • Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 minutes longer.
  • Sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and bake another 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
