Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Method
- Combine vegetables and cheese.
- Squeeze juice from lemon over vegetables.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serves 4 to 6.
