Ingredients
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement
- 3/4 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
- 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Method
- Combine biscuit mix, sugar replacement, milk and margarine in mixing bowl.
- Stir to mix; will be lumpy.
- Add berries and nuts. Put in 6 muffin tins coated with vegetable spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.
