Ingredients

  • 2 packages white button mushrooms
  • 1/4 lb prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup grated reggiano parmigano
  • 3 tbs garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter cut into 6 pieces
  • 3/4 cup grated mozerella

Method

  • remove and chop mushroom stems , add to mictroave safe bowl
  • chop prochutto and add to musroom stems
  • add all ingredients exept mozerella cheese.
  • microwave 2 minutes
  • add mozerella cheese
  • mix well
  • stuff each mushroom cap and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through.
