- 2 packages white button mushrooms
- 1/4 lb prosciutto
- 1/2 cup grated reggiano parmigano
- 3 tbs garlic powder
- 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter cut into 6 pieces
- 3/4 cup grated mozerella
Method
- remove and chop mushroom stems , add to mictroave safe bowl
- chop prochutto and add to musroom stems
- add all ingredients exept mozerella cheese.
- microwave 2 minutes
- add mozerella cheese
- mix well
- stuff each mushroom cap and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through.
