Ingredients
- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. diced onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. rice, prepared
- 1 egg
- 1 c. tomato soup
Method
- Cut tops off peppers.
- Remove stems and seeds.
- Wash and drain. Combine meat, onions, salt, pepper, boiled rice, egg and 1/2 can tomato soup; mix well. Stuff peppers with this mixture. Place stuffed peppers in covered saucepan. Add rest of tomato soup with enough water to have 1 1/2-inches in the pan.
- Simmer 30 minutes or until meat is cooked.
