- 3 to 4 lb. beef flank
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 large can mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can beef broth
- warm water (if needed to moisten mixture)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Brush meat with melted oleo.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together.
- Spread on beef flank.
- Roll up jelly roll fashion and tie with string.
