Ingredients

  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 12 oz. apricot preserves or favorite
  • 6 oz. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chopped coconut

Method

  • Cut butter into flour; add sour cream and form dough into a ball.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Divide dough into 4 parts and roll each into rectangle on floured surface.
  • Spread with preserves; sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
  • Roll as for a jelly roll.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Slice and serve.
