Ingredients
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 12 oz. apricot preserves or favorite
- 6 oz. chopped nuts
- 1 c. chopped coconut
Method
- Cut butter into flour; add sour cream and form dough into a ball.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Divide dough into 4 parts and roll each into rectangle on floured surface.
- Spread with preserves; sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
- Roll as for a jelly roll.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Slice and serve.
