- 3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 3 Cloves Garlic- Minced
- 1 Large Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 5 lb. Country-Style Ribs
- 1 Medium Onion-Sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seed
- 2 Tbsp. Green Onion
Method
- In large bowl combine first 9 ingredients.
- Add ribs and turn to coat.
- Place onion in slow cooker.
- Arrange ribs on top.
- Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.
- Place ribs on serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serves 6.
