Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Cloves Garlic- Minced
  • 1 Large Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 5 lb. Country-Style Ribs
  • 1 Medium Onion-Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Green Onion

Method

  • In large bowl combine first 9 ingredients.
  • Add ribs and turn to coat.
  • Place onion in slow cooker.
  • Arrange ribs on top.
  • Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.
  • Place ribs on serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Serves 6.
