Ingredients

  • 5 loaves pizza dough
  • 1/2 lbs. genoa salami, sliced
  • 1/2 lbs. pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 lbs. ground sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 lbs. shredded mozzarella
  • Parmesan
  • Basil
  • Oregano

Method

  • Thaw dough overnight. Roll dough out on counter into rectangles and generously sprinkle with flour, let sit while making mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Brown sausage in pan until cooked through. Mix salami, pepperoni, and sausage in bowl. Spread evenly over dough rectangles. Add mozzarella, parmesan, basil, and oregano.
  • Roll dough, lengthwise, into french bread sized loaves. Tuck ends underneath. Brush lightly with oil, place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 mins. Freeze extra loaves.
