Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. veal or 1 lb. veal and 1/2 lb. pork
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 oz. sherry (1/4 c.)
- 1/2 c. beef bouillon
- mushrooms (optional)
Method
- Mix veal, soup and milk.
- Make into small balls.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
