Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice
- 2 ripe bananas, crushed
- 1 pt. dairy sour cream
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in fruit.
- Pour half of this mixture into a 9 x 9-inch or 6 x 10-inch pan.
- Chill until set.
- Keep the rest of the gelatin at room temperature.
- Cover set gelatin with sour cream, then with the rest of gelatin.
- Chill until set.
