Ingredients
- 1 large box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 c. chopped English walnuts
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Drain pineapple; partially thaw strawberries.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Add strawberries and pineapple.
- Add nuts. Pour one half of mixture into mold or 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Let set for 1/2 hour or so in refrigerator.
- Spread sour cream on top of Jell-O.
- Then pour on second half of Jell-O.
- Refrigerate until set.
