Ingredients
- 3 c. rhubarb
- 1 pt. strawberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cut rhubarb in 1/2-inch pieces.
- Mix with strawberries.
- Pour over sugar, lemon, flour, salt and butter.
- Let sit while making pie crust.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 40 minutes.
