Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 2/3 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 T sugar
- White layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pkg prepared Dream Whip
- 1 c. sugar
- Red Layer:
- 2 3-ounce pkgs of strawberry Jello
- 2 10-ounce pkgs frozen strawberries
Method
- Crust:
- 2 2/3 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 T sugar
- Mix all together. Pat down in 9 X 12 pan. Bake at 400* for 10 minutes.
- White layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pkg prepared Dream Whip
- 1 c. sugar
- Cream together and spread on cooled pretzel mixture.
- Red Layer:
- 2 3-ounce pkgs of strawberry Jello
- 2 10-ounce pkgs frozen strawberries
- Mix jello with water, fold in strawberries. Refrigerate until partially set. Pour onto cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.
