Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
Method
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and water together and cook until clear. Add jello.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Cool.
- Pour over whole strawberries in graham cracker crust or baked pastry pie shell. Top with whipped topping or whipped cream.
- Garnish with strawberries.
- Chill.
