Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
- 2 c. fresh strawberries
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until thick and clear.
- Add gelatin; cook until completely dissolved.
- Put strawberries into baked pie crust.
- Pour syrup over strawberries and chill.
- Serve with whipped cream.
