Ingredients

  • 1 large strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 16 oz. carton sour cream
  • 2 to 3 bananas, mashed

Method

  • Dissolve
  • jello
  • in boiling water.
  • Let cool
  • while, then add
  • crushed
  • pineapple and strawberries.
  • Put
  • half
  • of mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Let set.
  • Spread sour cream over it (you may not need the whole carton).
  • Add mashed bananas to the other
  • half and spoon over the sour cream.
  • Put in refrigerator and chill until top layer is set.
