Ingredients
- 2 small or 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 16 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. sour cream
- Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add thawed strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
- Pour 1/2 of this mixture into 9-inch square casserole or into jello mold.
- Chill until set.
- Spread sour cream over mixture.
- Pour remaining over sour cream; chill until set.
- Serves 10 to 12.
