Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix
- 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries
- 1 medium container Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Bake cake according to directions on box in a 12 x 9-inch pan. While cake is still warm, top with thawed strawberries, pushing them down into the cake.
- Let cool in the refrigerator, then add Cool Whip on top of strawberries, covering them completely. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
