- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 c. sliced strawberries
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Method
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg; mix until well blended.
- Mash 3/4 cup of strawberries and add to cream cheese.
- Add confectioners sugar to cream; beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Garnish with additional strawberries.
