Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. confectioners sugar

Method

  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg; mix until well blended.
  • Mash 3/4 cup of strawberries and add to cream cheese.
  • Add confectioners sugar to cream; beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Chill several hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with additional strawberries.
