Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Green onions (thick ones)
  • 6 Chicken tenders (or chicken breast meat)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic soy sauce

Method

  • Chop the green onions into 5 cm lengths.
  • Take the sinews of the chicken tenders, and cut into 3 pieces.
  • Place the butter in a frying pan, and add the chicken tenders.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for 4 ~ 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • When the chicken is almost cooked through, add the green onions, and continue stir-frying.
  • When the green onions are soft and tender, drizzle in the garlic soy sauce down the sides of the pan, and stir quickly.
  • If you marinate sliced garlic with plenty of dark soy sauce, and keep the sauce in a clean and dry bottle, you can use it in many dishes, and it'll come in handy.
