Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
- 1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (7 oz.) can chicken
Method
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add Oriental vegetables and water chestnuts.
- Stir-fry until tender.
- Add soy sauce and garlic salt. Stir in mixture of cornstarch and enough water to cover vegetables.
- Cook until thickened.
- Stir in chicken.
- Yield:
- 4 servings.
