Ingredients
- 4 leaves Cabbage
- 6 slice Bacon
- 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 Olive oil
Method
- Rinse the cabbage and cut roughly into bite size pieces.
- Slice the bacon into 3 cm strips.
- Heat a pan and fry the bacon quickly.
- Set aside on a plate.
- Using same pan, heat oil and stir fry the cabbage.
- When cabbage wilts, transfer the bacon back into the pan.
- Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce and stir fry once more.
