Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 pkg. instant dry butterscotch pudding
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Method

  • The night before, butter Bundt pan well.
  • Put the rolls into pan.
  • Sprinkle the dry pudding over the rolls.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over the pudding and pecans.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter.
  • Add the brown sugar and bring to a boil.
  • Cool for a few minutes and stir in the vanilla.
  • Pour over frozen rolls and let sit until morning.
