Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen dinner rolls
- 1 pkg. instant dry butterscotch pudding
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Method
- The night before, butter Bundt pan well.
- Put the rolls into pan.
- Sprinkle the dry pudding over the rolls.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the pudding and pecans.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add the brown sugar and bring to a boil.
- Cool for a few minutes and stir in the vanilla.
- Pour over frozen rolls and let sit until morning.
