Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew beef
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Method
- Place stew beef in a 2 quart pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle dry onion soup over the beef.
- Spoon celery and mushroom soup evenly over beef.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Serve over rice.
