Ingredients
- 1 large sirloin tip steak
- 1 small onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Put steak in roasting pan.
- Fill with water until just covering steak.
- Mix soup in with water.
- Chop onion up and add it and all other ingredients to the water.
- Cover.
- Bake in oven at 275° for about 4 hours.
- Check occasionally after 2 1/2 to 3 hours to make sure the water is still there.
- If the water gets too low, add a little.
- Also check the steak with a fork and when it falls apart easily, it's done.
- The water and soup mixture makes the gravy.
