Ingredients
- 1 round steak
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crunbled
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Place onion, celery, pepper and bacon on steak an roll up like a jelly roll.
- Secure with string or toothpicks.
- Flour lightly and brown in heavy skillet.
- Pour water on and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Good and easy.
