Ingredients
- 3 c. cornbread crumbs
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 c. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small carton sour cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients and spread in 9 x 13 dish.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
