Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 grated carrot
- bread crumbs or herb crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Butter casserole.
- Sprinkle part of the crumbs to cover bottom of dish.
- Mix other ingredients and pour into casserole.
- Sprinkle more crumbs on top.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
- Add grated cheese the last five minutes.
