Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini squash
- 1 c. corn (whole kernel)
- salt, pepper and butter to taste
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. dill weed
Method
- Saute onions.
- Add squash slices. Add corn, salt, pepper and dill weed.
- Simmer until tender in covered skillet (about 20 minutes) on below medium heat.
- (The dill weed makes this dish.)
