Ingredients
- 2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small can corn
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cut up squash and onion.
- Cook in small amount of water until tender.
- Drain; add oleo, cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
- Cook in casserole dish until "set" about 45 minutes at 325°.
