Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh squash
- 1 c. butter
- 1 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 large chopped onions
Method
- Cook squash until tender; drain.
- While hot, add cheese, butter, bread crumbs and onions.
- Stir; add canned milk.
- Stir; pour in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
